Get in touch with our customer service team and they’ll be able to advice. If you believe the product has a fault, you will have to pay a nominal fee for an individual adjudicator, who will inspect the mattress. This is a legal rule and ensures the adjudicator is completely unbiased.
If the mattress is found to have a fault, we’ll reimburse the cost of the adjudicator and replace your mattress.
